Welcome to Casa La Rosa, at the entrance you will be welcomed by a large living room with open kitchen, continuing you will find a double bedroom with private bathroom and shower, a triple bedroom, and a second double bedroom with access to the terrace.

The second bathroom, shared between two rooms, is equipped with an emotional shower with "Hammam" for a fee (Euro 30 per day) and, available to guests, there is also a wine cellar.

At guests' disposal there are 2 parking spaces about 200 metres from the apartment (one of which has a column for electric car charging, service on request)

Located in one of the characteristic streets of the historic village of Portoferraio, in a few minutes on foot you can reach the famous Gravel Beach, with its white pebbles and transparent water as well as La Spiaggia delle Vista, known for its proximity to the Villa dei Mulini, Napoleon's winter residence, and the Fort Falcone fortress.

Portoferraio is the capital of the island and one of the main ports and with a history that has its roots in the Roman era. The city is known for its beautiful beaches, crystal clear waters and its charming historic centre, characterised by narrow streets, historic buildings and mediaeval bastions. Among the places of interest are the Forte Stella and the Palazzo dei Mulini, which was the residence of Napoleon Bonaparte during his exile on the island. Portoferraio is also renowned for its wine and gastronomic tradition, offering typical dishes and local wines.
